- Which sales channels can you ship for?
- Amazon FBM, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop. Orders come in through integrations, or you can send them to us manually.
- What's the same-day cutoff?
- Orders in by 2pm EST ship the same day.
- How is FBM priced?
- A single-unit FBM order is a flat $2, and each additional unit in the order is $0.50. Boxes and other packing supplies are billed separately. Oversized items cost more; the tiers are on the pricing page.
- Do you handle returns?
- Yes. Customer returns are $1.50 each, which covers inspection and then restocking or disposal.
- How much is storage?
- Storage is free for 14 days, then $30 a month per square meter, and $45 a month per square meter after 90 days.
- What if something is lost or damaged?
- Insure your goods for their full value: we don't insure them. If something is lost or damaged in our care because we didn't take reasonable care, we cover the lesser of your supplier cost or $1.00 per pound, unless we agree a higher limit in writing before you ship. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the carrier's terms apply, and we can file a claim with the carrier for you where it allows.
