Good to know, before you ship.

How long does FBA prep take?
Standard FBA prep turnaround is 24 to 72 hours. It's a good-faith target rather than a guarantee: it depends on volume and on your inbound matching what you told us.
What do I need to do before I send inventory?
Create an inbound notice in the dashboard before the shipment arrives, listing each SKU and quantity with tracking or freight details. Freight and container deliveries need a dock appointment at least 24 hours ahead.
Do you prep for Walmart Fulfillment Services too?
Yes. Walmart prep is priced per unit with no labeling required: $0.65 for online arbitrage and $0.50 for wholesale.
What happens if Amazon rejects a shipment?
If Amazon or another marketplace rejects goods because of a prep or labeling mistake that was ours, we redo the prep at no charge once the goods come back to us. You stay the seller of record, so marketplace fees and decisions remain between you and the marketplace.
Is there anything you won't prep?
Without our written OK in advance we can't take hazardous materials (flammable aerosols and liquids, compressed gases, corrosives, loose lithium batteries), perishables or goods needing climate control, illegal, counterfeit or recalled goods, weapons, drugs, tobacco or vaping products, or items of extraordinary value.
How much is storage?
FBA receiving is free. Storage is free for 14 days, then $30 a month per square meter, and $45 a month per square meter after 90 days.
What if something is lost or damaged?
Insure your goods for their full value: we don't insure them. If something is lost or damaged in our care because we didn't take reasonable care, we cover the lesser of your supplier cost or $1.00 per pound, unless we agree a higher limit in writing before you ship.
