Our standard FBA prep processing time is 24-72 hours, depending on the complexity and volume of your shipment. We prioritize quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards to ensure your products meet all of Amazon's requirements.
Yes, we operate multiple fulfillment centers across Canada and the USA. This network allows us to optimize shipping times and costs, ensuring your products can reach customers quickly regardless of their location.
We use advanced inventory management systems that provide real-time visibility into your stock levels, order status, and shipping details. Our platform integrates seamlessly with major eCommerce platforms and marketplaces for automated order processing.
Storage is free for the first 14 days. After that it's $30 a month per square meter, and $45 a month per square meter once inventory has been with us for 90 days.
If a marketplace rejects goods because of a prep or labeling mistake that was ours, we redo the prep at no charge once the goods are back with us.
Hazardous materials, perishables or goods that need climate control, illegal, counterfeit or recalled goods, weapons, drugs, and tobacco or vaping products, unless we've agreed in writing first. If you're unsure, ask before you ship.
We recommend insuring your goods for their full value, because we don't insure them. If something is lost or damaged in our care because we didn't take reasonable care, we cover the lesser of your supplier cost or $1.00 per pound, unless we agree a higher limit in writing before you ship.
